RETURN POLICY

At Trixie Cosmetix, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unopened and unused
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened products
• Used products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
